The City of Davis, California houses one of the United States' most prestigious universities, the
University of California at Davis. The small town, with a population just under 65,000, is located 15
miles west of Sacramento and 70 miles northeast of San Francisco in the Central Valley. It is a vibrant,
progressive town that cherishes its smart-growth policies and agricultural heritage. The photos on this
